Mark is the pastor of Ignite Hope, but he currently wears a lot of different hats as well. You may notice that he's leading the worship team before services. And, if there's something broken somewhere in the building, he's the one who is usually in charge of fixing it. His wife, Wendy, does a lot of behind-the-scenes and administrative work.

Marilyn is our Conference Lay Delegate. In the Free Methodist Church, it is important that there is a locally elected, non-clergy representative from each church who holds equal vote and decision-making power. Marilyn is alos the go-to person if you have any concerns about the integrity or conduct of the local pastor.

Because people have lives outside of church, we also have a reserve Lay Delegate. Like Marilyn, Bill also has direct contact with the Conference Superintendent, if you have any concerns that you don't feel comfortable bringing to Mark or to Marilyn for any reason.

Jo is our Children and Family Ministries Director. Trained as a Family Therapist, Jo offers great insight into managing a family ministry that is grace-based (not using shame or other manipulation tactics) to create a uniquely positive environment. Each member of our leadership team (including the pastor and other ministry leaders) must complete training that maintains a culture of grace and positive momentum.

Our teen and young adult team consists of Mike, Holly, and Chris. Mike has had a lot of experience working with at-risk populations. He has a keen understanding of addiction recovery and so many issues that young people face in today's world. Chris has had decades of experience working with Christian youth. And Holly is a single mom with teens of her own. Together, this team offers genuine and relevant value to the young people in our community.

Chloanne is the point of contact for our senior citizens' ministry. She brings a heart for loving each individual and experience in hospitality, medicine, and communication.

Roy is or church treasurer. He can answer any financial questions you may have bout the business side of how Ignite Hope Church operates. Free Methodist churches are really big on transparency. So there is also a monthly update on our church bulletin board (located in the foyer of the church building) that describes the way that we operate our budget.
